A Brief History of Events

Since 1996
The "Our Hearts, Their Harbor" annual gala began in 1996. In 2005, the event celebrated it's 9th year and raised $38,000 for program funds.
Since 2004
In 2004, the first annual "Georgia Barbecue Classic " BBQ cookoff event was launched. In 2005, this event doubled in size! This major fundraising even is growing again and is now a KCBS sanctioned event!
Since 2000
The Young Artists Concert has become an annual event to look forward to!
