Overall, fundraisers accounted for 37% of the funds taken in by the shelter in
2007. Individual contributions totaled 15%; grants provided 13% of income; grants from
government (state & local) 11%; church donations 10%; United Way allocations 10%;
investment income 3%; and from all other sources 7%.

Our fresh start furniture program served 15 persons in 12 families in 2007. Donated furniture was given to these guests to furnish their new accommodations.
